Growth Operations Apprentice
Overview
Qonto offers a Growth Operations Apprenticeship based in Paris within the Growth Central Revenue Operations department. The position provides a two-year runway designed to invest in onboarding and training, allowing the apprentice to manage their own projects and grow across the operations, product, and engineering sides of growth operations.
Requirements
Applicants must be studying software engineering, data science, or a related field with confidence in at least two programming languages among SQL, JavaScript, or Python. Candidates should possess an integration mindset with an understanding of APIs, a talent for problem solving, and analytical skills to transform raw data into insights for non-technical stakeholders. The role requires daily working and communication proficiency in English, while French is considered a plus. Applicants must also be AI-fluent, using artificial intelligence to accelerate workflows while maintaining a critical perspective on the outputs.
