Growing Future Leaders Internship for second year students at a U.S. or Canadian university

The Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program offers Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native students a 10-week immersive experience designed to build their skills and prepare them for leadership roles in consulting and the wider global business community. Through the program, a select group of sophomore students gets the opportunity to work in one of BCG’s U.S. or Canadian offices.
