The permanent, full-time role is aimed at graduates who want a long-term career in technology and digital recruitment, with a start in Summer 2026. Previous recruitment experience is not required, because the company runs a structured training programme with its in-house Learning and Development team, external industry experts and experienced consultants, plus ongoing mentoring and clear progression routes.

Requirements
