The Governance & Public Policy Research Centre, operating under The Indian Netizens, organizes an internship programme aimed at students, aspiring researchers, young professionals, and individuals interested in governance, public affairs, political institutions, and public policy. Participants can choose from three distinct tracks based on their interests and availability. The GPPRC Policy Internship lasts for one month and offers introductory exposure to policy and institutional issues. The GPPRC Research Internship runs for two months to develop research abilities and academic work. The GPPRC Advanced Research Internship spans three to four months, providing a longer engagement for candidates interested in sustained academic development and deeper exploration of governance topics.

What you get
The internship is an unpaid opportunity focused on learning, professional exposure, skills development, and portfolio building. Selected participants receive an internship offer letter and a certificate of completion. Outstanding interns may be awarded a letter of recommendation. Depending on performance and organisational requirements, participants may also be considered for future collaboration opportunities and community membership within the wider organisation.
