Overview

Enpal is hiring an intern for its Italy Office located in Milan. The position is part of the Sales Operations team, focusing on pricing strategies and commercial offers for photovoltaic systems, energy storage, and heat pumps. The work schedule runs from Monday through Friday between 9:00 and 18:00 in a hybrid work mode.

Who can apply

Applicants must be university students or recent graduates in Economics, Management, Finance, Management Engineering, or related fields. Candidates need a good command of the English language alongside a strong interest in pricing, commercial strategies, and market dynamics. No previous work experience is required for this role.

Requirements

Candidates are expected to have an excellent knowledge of Excel, an interest in data analysis and economic modeling, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving. Additional assets include the ability to communicate analysis results clearly and concisely, proactivity, curiosity, a willingness to learn, and teamwork skills. While not mandatory, familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Python is considered a plus.

The internship includes a paid arrangement providing an expense reimbursement of 850€ gross per month.
