ESPN NEXT is a broader early-career talent pathway rather than a single placement, letting participants start as Production Assistants, move into Content Associate roles, take on seasonal or internship positions, and progress toward leadership roles like Peer Mentor, NEXT Trainer, or the selective NEXT Accelerator.
