The Citi South Africa Learnership Graduate Programme is a 12-month initiative based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, designed to help newly qualified university graduates transition into professional careers within the financial services industry. Participants are placed in Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions business to gain practical exposure to banking operations and the global financial environment while developing skills for a long-term career.

Requirements

Applicants must hold either an undergraduate degree with a grade point average of 65 percent or above, or a master's degree in any discipline. Candidates need a strong interest in banking and financial services, along with demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, analytical, and quantitative abilities. Participants must also show a commitment to learning, personal development, and ethical decision-making. Applicants may have up to one year of work experience, though prior experience is not required.
