Placements are located in Gauteng across several divisions and sites, including Rosslyn, Pretoria, Midrand, and Menlyn. The programme is open to individuals seeking to establish careers across fields such as finance, engineering, information technology, law, human resources, and business management.

Who can apply

Candidates must hold a relevant university degree or higher qualification, or be completing their studies by the end of 2026. Alternatively, applicants who finished their qualifications within the prior 18 months and remain currently unemployed are eligible to apply.

Applicants are required to have achieved an average academic pass mark of at least 65 percent. Additionally, candidates must not have previously completed or participated in a graduate programme, and they must be available to participate on a full-time basis. Desirable personal competencies include strong conceptual and analytical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, resilience, adaptability, and high learning agility.
