Apprentice – Procurement mainly SaaS

Overview

Contentsquare is offering an apprenticeship position focusing on procurement, primarily dealing with SaaS. The role is based in the Paris Area of France within the Corporate Procurement department. The apprentice will work alongside senior procurement leads and IT stakeholders to help optimize the software landscape, rationalize application portfolios, engage with software vendors, and track contractual synergies.

Requirements

Applicants must currently be pursuing a Master’s degree at the Bac+4 or Bac+5 level in Purchasing, Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or IT Management. Candidates should possess professional working proficiency in English, along with clear communication skills and analytical rigor using tools like Excel and Slides. A foundational knowledge of SaaS commercial models, licensing metrics, and standard contractual clauses or a strong appetite to learn them is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates a proactive, structured mindset and is comfortable working autonomously.
