Overview

The Resilience Fund for Women in Global Value Chains 2026 is a request for proposals aimed at women and non-binary-led organizations that build climate resilience for women and their communities across global value chains in South and Southeast Asia. The fund looks for organizations whose work links all three of its priority areas for this round.

The first area is women's health, safety and resilience, covering work that strengthens health, safety, livelihoods, financial security, leadership, decision-making and mobility, and the ability to take part and thrive in communities and workplaces. The second is community-led climate adaptation, meaning work that helps women and communities prepare for, respond to and adapt to impacts such as extreme heat, flooding, drought, storms and changing weather patterns. The third is a connection to global value chains, through work with women workers or communities tied to them.

What you get

Selected partners receive between $15,000 and $50,000 USD in flexible, unrestricted funding over two years. They also gain access to the fund's Learning Hub, where grantee partners connect, share and learn from one another.

Who can apply

The fund welcomes women and non-binary-led, community-based non-governmental organizations in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India and Vietnam whose work addresses its three focus areas. Organizations should be embedded in, and representative of, the communities they serve.

Requirements

Applicants must be formally registered and authorized to receive foreign funding, with an annual income of at least $10,000 USD. Income figures from 2024, 2025 or 2026 are used as the baseline for judging eligibility.

How to apply

The process has two phases. In Phase 1, organizations submit a first application with basic information about their work and mission. A longlist of organizations is then invited to complete a second application in Phase 2.

Key dates

The stated deadline for the round was October 12, 2026.
