Portugal's Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) and Germany's DAAD have launched their 2026 Bilateral Cooperation Joint Call, inviting research institutions and researchers to propose collaborative projects that strengthen scientific ties between Portugal and Germany through researcher mobility.
