Norad, the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, has opened a competitive call for proposals designed to bolster the protection and efforts of human rights defenders operating in countries eligible for Official Development Assistance. International, regional, and Norwegian civil society organisations with a demonstrated track record and dedication to defending human rights under difficult circumstances may apply for this funding.
