Mastercard Foundation Launches $45 Million Pathways to Scale Programme to Create More Opportunities for Young Women Across Africa

The Mastercard Foundation has launched Pathways to Scale (P2S), a five-year, $45 million programme running from May 2025 to March 2030 to expand economic opportunities for young African women. It will back women-owned and women-led enterprises and generate thousands of work opportunities for young women in Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, and Rwanda.
