The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) has launched a Call for Proposals for a grant of up to US$1.2 million to implement 'Leveraging IFAD's Rural Sector Performance Assessment (RSPA) for Policy and Investment,' supporting rural development research worldwide.
