The Transformative Research Challenge (TRC) is a global competition that empowers young researchers to develop innovative solutions to critical issues in agrifood systems. Launched in 2021, it is a joint effort between the World Food Forum (WFF) Youth Innovation Lab and leading agrifood research organizations, including the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and other UN agencies.
