The Women inPower Fellowship is a year-long leadership development initiative offered by the 92nd Street Y through its Belfer Center for Innovation and Social Impact. Designed for established professionals, the programme helps participants strengthen their leadership capabilities, prepare for executive roles, and pursue greater influence across various industries. The programme offers two distinct cohort options for the application cycle. Applicants can choose between a cohort based in New York City and a national, remote cohort specifically designed for neurodiverse leaders.

Eligible individuals typically include women-identifying professionals in upper-middle management who are approximately three to five years away from reaching the C-suite or an equivalent senior leadership level in their field.
