WIPO Fellowship Program 2026 in Switzerland (Fully Funded)
Overview
The WIPO Fellowship Programme is a fully funded opportunity for young professionals at the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. Fellowships last from 12 to 36 months depending on the position and give fellows work experience in an international organization. Positions are offered in translation, law, research, economics, statistics and other fields, and applicants from anywhere in the world may apply.
What you get
Fellows receive a monthly stipend of CHF 3,000 to CHF 8,000. WIPO pays travel costs at the start and end of the fellowship and provides health and professional accident insurance. Visa support is offered to final candidates. Fellows also get annual leave and study leave, access to WIPO Academy training and professional development, and the chance to build a global professional network. Accommodation must be arranged and paid for by fellows from their stipend.
Who can apply
Applicants need at least a bachelor's degree and excellent written and spoken English. Some positions also require a master's degree, a PhD, relevant work experience or specialized skills, so applicants must meet the requirements of the specific position they choose.
