Overview

The Trinity Fellows Program at Marquette University is a 21-month graduate fellowship designed for emerging leaders who are committed to social and economic justice. The program integrates graduate education, professional nonprofit leadership development, and hands-on community service into a cohesive learning journey. Participants work directly with nonprofit organizations in Milwaukee while earning a master’s degree in an eligible graduate program alongside an interdisciplinary cohort.

What you get

Selected fellows receive a comprehensive financial support package. This includes a full-tuition scholarship covering up to 36 graduate credits and a living stipend of $37,812.90. Participants also receive $800 for professional development, up to $1,600 in health insurance reimbursement, and a Milwaukee County bus pass each semester. The overall value of the fellowship package is estimated between approximately $62,900 and $92,600.
