The African Peer Review Mechanism, with YouLead Africa and Restless Development, is recruiting 20 paid Youth Technical Experts, at a $1,000 stipend, to support the African Youth Charter @20 appraisal over three to four months of remote and country-level work; applications close 30 April 2026 at 12:00 SAST.
