The Career Development Fellowship (CDF) is a four-year postdoctoral research fellowship, fully funded, designed to help retain researchers from underrepresented backgrounds within STEM. It will begin as a pilot for researchers of Black heritage, with the possibility of expanding to other underrepresented groups if successful.
