Intuit IDEAS Program 2026 for Small Businesses

Overview

The Intuit IDEAS Program supports local small businesses by combining Intuit's AI-driven platform and human experts with the know-how of community partners. It aims to improve each business's efficiency, earnings and capital readiness. The year-long programme offers eligible participating businesses grant support, including a technology grant and a program completion grant, to help them acquire tools and resources that strengthen business outcomes.

What you get

During the programme, participating businesses get free access to Mailchimp for digital marketing, QuickBooks for business compliance and back-office bookkeeping, TurboTax for tax preparation, and guidance for Credit Karma on personal finance. They can also draw on expert tax preparers, accountants and bookkeepers, as well as business coaches and consultants from Zella Life. Each entrepreneur receives monthly business coaching, executive coaching and ongoing support from Intuit experts to help them grow and scale. At the end of the 12-month programme, participants receive a grant to continue accelerating their growth and become part of the Intuit IDEAS alumni network.

Who can apply

The programme is open to small businesses located in the metro areas of Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Los Angeles, CA; New York City, NY; Philadelphia, PA; and San Diego, CA, and in the whole of West Virginia. Military veteran and military-spouse entrepreneurs anywhere in the country are eligible to apply for a special virtual cohort of military entrepreneurs.

How to apply

Applications are handled online and reviewed on a rolling basis. The one-year programme is designed to help small businesses increase revenue, improve operations and become capital-ready.
