International Volunteer Fellowship Thailand 2026

Overview

The International Volunteer Fellowship Thailand is a five-day gathering in Bangkok, Thailand, from 18 to 22 December 2026. It brings together young volunteers, students, professionals, youth leaders and changemakers from around the world for leadership development, volunteerism, cultural exchange, networking and social-impact activities. The program covers volunteerism and community development, capacity building, global citizenship, sustainable development, community impact projects, leadership workshops and cultural activities.

What you get

Benefits depend on the participation category and may include round-trip international airfare, a forum invitation letter, meals during the program, a visa supporting letter, access to sessions and workshops, speaking opportunities, a welcome kit and merchandise, and a certificate of participation. Categories are Fully Funded, Partially Funded, Fellowship Access Pass, Guaranteed Seats and Virtual Participation. The fellowship offers 10 fully funded and 30 partially funded places alongside the other options.

Who can apply

Applicants should be between 16 and 45 years old and may be of any nationality or region. They should show an interest or background in leadership, advocacy, research or community engagement, along with a passion for volunteerism, youth activism, social impact or global collaboration, and be willing to take an active part. Previous volunteer experience is not required.

How to apply

Applicants complete the online application, giving personal and educational or professional information and answering the application questions. An application fee of USD 15 applies.
