Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme 2024/2025

Set up by Hong Kong's Research Grants Council (RGC) in 2009, the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) is intended to draw the world's most talented students to pursue PhD studies at Hong Kong's universities. Anyone seeking admission as a new, full-time PhD student at one of eight participating universities — including City University of Hong Kong — is eligible to apply, regardless of country of origin, prior work experience, or ethnic background.
