Global Changemaker Fellowship 2026
Overview
The Global Changemaker Fellowship 2026 is a six-month virtual advancement programme meant to build a pipeline of social change leaders who focus on challenges in their local communities. Fellows keep implementing their own initiative while taking part in immersive workshops, training and mentorship. The programme gives changemakers access to global knowledge, community, training and tools to become more effective collaborators for change and to grow their initiatives.
Its focus areas are systems thinking, which means designing solutions for all stakeholders by examining problems through a systems lens, and thought leadership, which builds leaders' capacity to articulate a vision, speak across differences and inspire others to act. It also covers polarities management, leading when opposing but interdependent values are in tension, and adaptive and collaborative approaches that embrace creating change through collaboration.
What you get
The programme offers masterclasses by experts, mentorship and consultations, and global networking opportunities.
