YLabs' fully funded 2024 Youth Leadership Cohort gives young people a genuine role in shaping the direction of the organization's global projects, reflecting the belief that youth voices belong at the center of decisions that affect their own lives and futures — a corrective to programs with real potential for youth health and economic outcomes that are too often designed without young people's input, ideas, and innovation.
