East-West Center Advanced Leadership Program 2027 (Funded)
Overview
The East-West Center Advanced Leadership Program provides established professionals with an opportunity to engage in leadership education and development while advancing their professional learning. Designed for a small cohort, the program combines independent work, reflection, research, and professional exploration with the chance to design and facilitate learning experiences in the Asia-Pacific Leadership Program.
Participants create a Professional Development Plan detailing their learning objectives, anticipated activities, and expected outcomes, with ongoing support from the Leadership Program team. Fellows collaborate to co-design and deliver sessions, engage in peer coaching, network with visiting scholars and practitioners, and participate in center seminars and events.
