The CrossCulture Programme (CCP) offers fully-funded fellowships to between 55 and 60 dedicated volunteers and professionals originating from more than 40 different nations. Participants spend a period of two to three months embedded in host organizations located either in Germany or within various CCP partner nations. This immersive experience is designed to help fellows expand their professional knowledge, strengthen important connections, and enhance their cross-cultural competencies. Simultaneously, the host organizations gain valuable insights through the specialized skills, regional expertise, and professional networks brought by the CCP fellows.
