Clinton School International Public Service Projects 2027
Overview
The Office of Field Service at the Clinton School of Public Service is inviting global partner organisations to host Master of Public Service students for International Public Service Projects (IPSP) in Summer 2027. The IPSP is an intensive, stipend-supported eight-week field experience that runs from May 24 to July 27, 2027.
Students are paired with international host institutions, and with domestic organisations that have a global focus. Together they tackle pressing global challenges, carry out field research and help build long-term organisational capacity.
What the projects cover
Project scopes are shaped around the self-identified needs of the host organisation and local community. Common focus areas include program design and toolkit development, empirical research and best practices analysis, needs assessments and program evaluations, and strategic planning and community outreach.
Who can apply
The call is open to global partner organisations that want to host students. Hosts agree to accommodate the placement dates of May 24 to July 27, 2027, and to provide a dedicated staff supervisor, an on-site workspace, an organisational orientation, and a brief final project and student assessment.
How to apply
Partners submit proposals online through the IPSP Partner Application Form.
Key dates
Partner applications opened on October 1, 2026. The final deadline for organisations to submit project proposals is December 1, 2026. Final student-project matches are confirmed in mid-February 2027.
