Call for Mentees: Telemachus & Athena Mentoring Programme 2027

Overview

Applications are open for individuals to join the Telemachus & Athena Mentoring Programme 2027. These programmes connect mentees with thought leaders and social-impact focused individuals. The Telemachus strand benefits youth between the ages of 18 and 29 from around the world, whereas the Athena strand focuses on women above the age of 22 with no upper age limit. Participants are offered a personalized development opportunity lasting eight months to address individual learning needs, develop new skills and expertise, and expand their professional and personal perspectives.

Who can apply

Applicants are eligible for the Telemachus strand if they are young individuals between 18 and 29 years old. The Athena strand is open to women above the age of 22 without an age limit. Priority in the selection process is given to applicants who have a fluent command of English and who have either completed a Bachelor degree or possess a minimum of five years of equally relevant professional experience.

What you get

Upon successful completion of the cycle, participants gain career insights, new perspectives, new skills, and potentially a lifelong friend. Mentees receive a programme completion certificate, join the broader network of support within the Global Thinkers Forum community, and earn an optional three-month internship with the Global Thinkers Forum.
