Women of the South Speak Out is a consortium formed by two leading Southern Women's Rights Organisations, Gender Links and the Asian Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW), together with the UK-based development firm MannionDaniels. The consortium was brought together by shared feminist values and shared concern over the shrinking civic space available to women and girls.
