Organised by Women Leaders in Technology, the initiative provides a supportive environment for aspiring technologists to strengthen their skills, build professional networks, gain practical experience, and develop leadership capabilities. The programme combines technical training, mentorship, professional exposure, community engagement, and internships. It begins with a two-week bootcamp comprising one week of online learning and one week of in-person training, followed by six months of structured fellowship activities including monthly meetups and school activities.
Who can apply
Applications are open to women currently pursuing university-level or college studies in technology-related fields, particularly Computer Science, at institutions in Kathmandu Valley. The programme actively supports diversity and inclusion, strongly encouraging applications from individuals belonging to minority and historically underrepresented communities, women from non-mainstream backgrounds, and persons with disabilities.
