The Young Leaders of the Americas (YLAI) Fellowship Program helps young entrepreneurs from Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada grow their ventures, strengthen leadership skills, and contribute to economic development in their communities. Since it began in 2015, the program has supported more than 1,750 Fellows, helping them build stronger businesses and forge lasting connections that draw investment and collaboration.
