AEGIX Emerging Scholars Program 2026
Overview
The AEGIX Emerging Scholars Program 2026 supports emerging researchers and practitioners who work where AI, policy and societal flourishing meet. It is designed for advanced students and early-career professionals and blends mentorship with hands-on research aligned with AEGIX's core pillars. Each scholar focuses on one self-chosen research topic, receives dedicated mentorship and has the chance to publish in The Emerging Scholars Voice.
What you get
Participants receive mentorship to help develop their research agenda and professional path in AI ethics and governance. They complete a supervised project with the opportunity to publish in AEGIX Policy Memos, Intelligence Briefings or other institute outputs. They also gain access to AEGIX Dialogues, closed workshops and selected institute events, which connect them with experts and peers from different sectors. Graduates are admitted to the Emerging Scholars Network, which supports ongoing collaboration, visibility and involvement in future AEGIX initiatives.
