14th Edition of the UNESCO Youth Forum: Empowering Young Leaders for Climate Action and Social Impact

Approximately 150 youth representatives hailing from more than 140 nations will gather in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, on October 27 and 28, 2025, to participate in the 14th UNESCO Youth Forum. Scheduled immediately prior to the UNESCO General Conference, the event centers on the core topic: “Climate Action and Social Impacts, Particularly for Young People.” This designated focus mirrors an expanding worldwide agreement—largely championed by youth perspectives—emphasizing that environmental initiatives need to be swift, comprehensive, and deeply impactful.
